MOMMY & ME IS BACK AT THE BARRE: Sunday, May 24th at 12pm
A chance to move your body, connect with your little one(s), & spend time with other amazing moms/guardians in our community.
No pressure, no expectations; just a supportive space where littles are welcome (strollers, carriers, & more🤍). Come solo or bring a fellow mama friend!
We’ll flow through a gentle 30-minute, feel-good class designed with you in mind, followed by time to hang, chat, enjoy refreshments & a little community connection together.
Because taking care of you matters too 🤍

STRIDE TO THE BARRE DETAILS:
Join Fleet Feet Lawrence x True Barre Lawrence for the reset walk of the season.
Meet & warm up at True Barre Lawrence, take a 30-45 minute sunset walk with a chance to test drive some new tennies (BRAND NEW), & close with a mini sculpt & stretch session at the barre followed by refreshments from BUM Energy & more!
Just do the loop, simply hang out, or join us for the full event.
