Trying out a new gym can feel intimidating, we understand, but True Barre is a community of supportive individuals dedicated to reaching their goals and helping you reach yours.
Our instructors, certified in both Barre and Mat Pilates through comprehensive, in-person training programs, are here to support you wherever you are in your fitness journey.
From the moment you walk in, our front desk team and instructors will guide you through every step, so there’s no need to worry. Take breaks as needed, use equipment to your liking as a helpful prop, and don’t hesitate to ask questions. Make yourself at home and enjoy the process!
What should I bring?
For a comfortable and enjoyable class experience, please bring a mat or towel for floor work and cooldown. This is required for ALL classes. TB towels are available for purchase in the studio.
Stay hydrated by bringing a water bottle. We have filtered drinking fountains for easy refills.
To maintain our studio’s clean and welcoming environment, we are a shoe-free space, so feel free to go barefoot or wear your favorite comfy or grip socks.
Wear anything that allows you to move, groove, and sweat with ease!

Your first class is always ON US! Using the "Walla" app will make registering for classes even easier!
