At True Barre Lawrence, we're committed to creating a seamless, welcoming experience for every member. To keep everything running smoothly, we ask that all members review and understand the following policies:

Our Unlimited and Barre Essentials memberships require a 12-week minimum commitment. After your initial commitment has been fulfilled, memberships may be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Before your cancellation is finalized, we'll schedule a brief exit phone call, check-in, or meeting to gather your feedback and learn how we can continue improving the True Barre experience.

Need to take a break? Membership pauses are available for approved circumstances after your initial commitment. Please note that a membership pause does not replace or waive the required 30-day cancellation notice.

Memberships automatically renew each month using the payment method on file. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and unused classes or missed visits do not qualify for refunds.

If a booked class is missed without cancellation (i.e., a “no-show”), a no-show fee will be applied. We want to emphasize that there will continue to be no late-cancellation fee, no cancellation fee, and no late fee. You are always welcome to cancel a class ahead of time without any penalty! Even if the no-show fee is applied, your class credit will still be returned to your account for future use.

Our goal is to ensure fairness and availability, so everyone who wishes to move and groove with us has the best chance to reserve a spot. We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to this community!
