We are always looking for amazing INSTRUCTORS and front desk "Barre Babes"!

Barre Babes:

We’re looking for warm, welcoming, and energetic front desk team members (aka Barre Babes) to join us at TBL! If you’re passionate about wellness, love being part of a community, and have an interest in, or experience with sales, we’d love to meet you! 

While this isn’t a high-pressure sales role, being comfortable chatting about memberships, making phone calls, and helping new members feel at home is a big plus!  

 In addition to greeting clients and keeping the good vibes flowing, our Barre Babes also take pride in keeping the studio clean and tidy — helping us maintain a safe, fresh space for everyone who walks through the door! 

You’ll be the first face our clients see, help keep the studio atmosphere strong and welcoming, and make every visit feel like a little celebration!

We truly believe it's so meaningful for our team to fully experience the heart of True Barre, our method, our community and our studio space. We kindly ask all applicants to ensure they have visited our in person location and have attended class (or multiple) to get a genuine feel for our community before joining the team.
